Herbs for Infertility

COQ10 – 120 - 200 mg - for implantation, better lining, egg quality, heart health
DHEA – 25 -75 mg - healthy eggs
Omega 369 - ~900, 400, 350 mg, respectively, anti-inflamm+egg quality, increases EWCM, supports the nervous system
B-6 – 100-200 mg daily to increase LP B Complex – for liver health, to reduce estrogen dominance
Folic acid – 1- 5 mg for egg quality vit C – 1000 mg low dose increases EWCM, large doses will dry you
Vit E
Prenatal Vitamin
Fish Oil – 1200 - 2000 mg
Evening Primrose Oil – 2000 mg until to increase EWCM, estrogenic effect
Baby Aspirin – 81 mg from day after:o: to for recurrent miscarriages
Royal Jelly – 100 mg or 1 teaspoon daily
Wheatgrass – 10 pills per night, or 1 teaspoon daily
Spirulina –
Green tea (1-2 cups a day) increases fertility by 15% Zinc – egg quality

Vitex – 1000 mg in LP

Soy Isoflavones – 160 mg from cd 5-9
Guafenesin – 2 teaspoons (10cc) 3 times daily from cd 5-9 for EWCM

This list has been updated where you copied it from. ;0) You should come back and check it out. Also it would be better to include in your blog only those supplements you are taking and helping that are specific to your condition, and maybe an explanation. Nobody takes all of the supplements on this list at once. Otherwise it can be confusing. Just my observation.

Our fertility clinic has been using DHEA @ a dose of 75mgs /day,we work with Dr Gleicher from Yale , our center has put 478 pts so far , our results and those @ Yale are basically unbelievable , we posted some results at the ASRM annual meet in San Fran 2008 and again this year @ Atlanta and The CFAS in Montreal in Nov 2009.
Co Q 10 may also help but we only use DHEA as we have seen the results.

Pookie Bear, Thanks for the info. I copied the list from a number of places, I'm sure your blog may have been one. I posted all of them so women could see everything out there that I new of and found and what it helped with. What works for me may not work for someone else. I wanted to show all the options.
